-ABC Fitness is our payment processor. I have read the ABC Privacy Policy and agree to the Terms and Conditions of this agreement.
-I have read and agree to the Notes of this agreement.
-You agree that WV Fitness 24, may deliver or cause to be delivered to you at the telephone number provided by you in your membership application and membership contract, telephone calls, telemarketing calls, SMS messages (including text messages), voicemail messages and similar communications using automated systems and technology (including automatic telephone dialing systems), and/or artificial or prerecorded voice messages. Such communications would be about your account, as well as offers from WV Fitness 24. You acknowledge that you are not required to provide this consent, directly or indirectly, as a condition of purchasing any goods or services and that all contact information provided by you above is accurate. ABC Terms and Conditions
8th Day Enrollment Fee
$49 Club Enhancement Fee:
The purpose of the annual Club Enhancement Fee is to maintain the equipment and services provided for the facilities. This fee of
$39.00
will be collected annually on July 15th.
Membership goes Month-to-Month after term, at the same monthly rate, until canceled 30 day notice via signature at the club.
* Pricing is based on automated checking draft. A convenience fee of $5 will be assessed when using a Credit Card. You may change your billing method at any time.
***All Free months will be added at the end of the term.
