To qualify for referral prizes, the following conditions must be met:

All referred individuals must enroll in the 1-Year Membership Plan and use your referral link to count. Referrals cannot be previous or current members. Referrals on month-to-month or shorter-term plans will not count toward prize eligibility. Each referred member must must remain active for 1 month and make 2 payments before the referral is considered valid. The referring member must have an active membership and be in good standing (i.e., no outstanding balances or membership holds) at the time of prize redemption or referral will count as invalid. Prizes will be issued upon request once the first payments from all qualifying referrals have been processed. WV Fitness reserves the right to modify or update these terms at any time to ensure the continued fairness and integrity of the referral program. To keep the lifetime membership, all referrals must maintain an active membership.
